MMEE 2022 Regular Registration and Abstract Submission is OPEN, with Limited Spaces! (More than 160 abstracts/registrations received so far!)
I am happy to inform you that we have received ~123 abstracts and registrations until the Early-Bird registration deadline. The decision on these abstracts will be communicated to soon.
Due to continuing COVID-related difficulties around the world, we are making all possible adjustments in our MMEE 2022 meeting plan. To help potential MMEE participants during this difficult time, we have decided to
keep open the regular registration and abstract submission until our full capacity is reached, relax the refund policy in favour of the participants to the extent possible, and offer hybrid/online participation to any delegate impacted by extenuating circumstances (and if such a request is made).
In this phase, the incoming abstracts will be reviewed as they arrive, and we’ll stop accepting abstracts as soon as our capacity is full. So, please submit your abstract – the spaces are now limited!
The website of MMEE 2022 is https://research.reading.ac.uk/mmee2022/ . Online registration, abstract submission and refund policy: https://registration.venuereading.com/Registration/Welcome.aspx?e=A1FFA2D3D8B5CE4D42476AB3BC7BAF5A.
MMEE 2022 welcomes researchers at all career stages, and we anticipate that the vast majority of submitted abstracts will be accepted for a talk or a poster.
Online registration on payment of delegate fee is required for abstract submission. But if an abstract is not accepted for a talk or a poster then it will be eligible to a full refund (minus an administration fee of £14).
